The "ENESCU EXPERIENCE" International Concert Series took place in Alghero, Venice, and Milan. MuseArt Association played a pivotal role in the project, with its founder, Sînziana Mircea, as one of the soloists. The series debuted on October 10th, 2024, in Alghero, Italy, with a stunning concert at the historic Duomo. Violinist Alexandru Tomescu, pianist Sînziana Mircea, and classical guitarist Dragoș Ilie embarked on a tour that showcased George Enescu’s music alongside works by Ciprian Porumbescu, Fritz Kreisler, Constantin Demetrescu, Béla Bartók, and Nicolò Paganini. The tour included performances in Alghero, Milan at Villa Borromeo D'Adda, and concluded in Venice at the "Benedetto Marcello" Conservatory, supported by the Romanian Cultural Institute. The "ENESCU EXPERIENCE" project, part of its seventh edition, was funded by the Department for Romanians Abroad and organized by the "Remember Enescu" Cultural Foundation. This series also featured master classes for young Romanian musicians, promoting and supporting new talents in classical music. The project aimed to enhance the visibility of Romanian culture internationally, with concerts taking place in Venice, Monza, and Alghero. Media partners included Radio Romania Muzical, Radio Romania International, RADOR, MuseArt Association, and Italian organizations "Arte in Musica Alghero" and "Centro Italo-Rumeno Arcore." ​

September 2024 - Milano:
Steinway Competition for Young Musicians Italy - pianist Sinziana Mircea as jury member

 

Pianist Sînziana Mircea, a distinguished Young Steinway Artist, was honored to serve as a jury member for the second consecutive year in the Concorso Steinway per Giovani Talenti. Steinway & Sons has a longstanding commitment to supporting and promoting young pianists through the Steinway Piano Competition for Young Talents, a prestigious event held for over twenty editions, open to participants up to 16 years old. The Milan pre-selections took place on September 21 and 22, 2024, at Largo Donegani 3. Winners from each age category of the pre-selections will have the opportunity to compete in the Italian Final, held at the Auditorium of Largo Mahler in Milan on March 22, 2025. The winner of the Final will represent Italy at the International Steinway Festival "Young Talents in Concert," performing at the prestigious Laeiszhalle Concert Hall in Hamburg in September 2025. Additional dates for the Italian pre-selections will be held at various partner locations, including Passadori Steinway Piano Gallery, Checcacci Musical Instruments, Zin Musical Instruments, Casa Musicale Del Rio, and Marangi Pianos. Mircea's involvement highlights her dedication to nurturing young talent and her influential role in the classical music community.

On June 18th and 19th, 2024, two exceptional students from the Conservatorio "Luigi Canepa" of Sassari, Fabio Arru and Gianmichele Milia, made their Milano debut, marking a significant milestone in their artistic journey. Supported by the Museart Association, these young pianists performed moonlit concerts in the picturesque courtyard of Villa Mirabello, hosted by FAI Milano, on June 18th and at Bocconi University on June 19th, the latter being a charity event. In order to support the initiative, Sînziana Mircea, a piano professor at the Sassari Conservatoire, joined them in the Bocconi concert. The enchanting settings, combined with the remarkable skills of Arru and Milia, created unforgettable musical experiences. These events were a beautiful celebration of young talent and classical music, showcasing the promising future of these aspiring musicians and the nurturing environment provided by the Conservatorio and the Museart Association. These concerts represent the continuation of a series started in March 2024, when two other students from the Sassari Conservatoire made their Milano debut.

April 2024 - Bucharest:
LUX MUNDI PRIZE awarded to Museart Association founder - pianist Sinziana Mircea

 

In 2024, renowned pianist Sînziana Mircea was awarded the prestigious LUX MUNDI prize by Radio Romania Cultural, recognizing her outstanding contributions to classical music. Mircea, known for her innovative approach that blends classical music with modern visual elements, has performed on prestigious stages like Kennedy Center, Beijing Silk Road Arts Center, and Carnegie Hall. Her career is marked by over 35 national and international awards, with significant highlights including a successful debut tour in Japan at 19, and solo performances of Beethoven’s "Emperor" Concerto No. 5 at the Tokyo Metropolitan Theater. The "Imagine" and "Imagine Chopin" tours exemplify her innovative spirit. She frequently collaborates with violinist Alexandru Tomescu, with whom she released two albums and completed an extensive world tour in 2023/2024. The LUX MUNDI award celebrates her mission to bring light and hope through music, incorporating video mapping and projections into her concerts, thus enhancing the audience's experience. ​

April 2024 - Bucharest:
Beethoven Triple Concerto with the Romanian National Radio Orchestra - Sinziana Mircea, piano

 

An extraordinary trio of Romanian musicians – pianist Sînziana Mircea, violinist Alexandru Tomescu, and cellist Ștefan Cazacu – graced the stage of Sala Radio on Friday, April 12th, to perform Beethoven's Triple Concerto for piano, violin, cello, and orchestra. The event, presented by the National Radio Orchestra, was conducted by Francesco Lecce-Chong, a rising international conductor who serves as the music director for both Eugene Symphony and Santa Rosa Symphony in the USA, all before turning 30. Pianist Sînziana Mircea has performed across the USA, Japan, China, and Europe on prestigious stages such as Carnegie Hall in New York, Kennedy Center in Washington DC, Tokyo Metropolitan Theater, and St Martin-in-the-Fields in London. Alexandru Tomescu, a soloist with the Radio Romania Orchestras and Choirs, has enjoyed a rich international career, with successful performances in venues like Théâtre des Champs Elysées in Paris, Carnegie Hall in New York, and the Metropolitan Arts Centre in Tokyo. Their album "Alexandru Tomescu and Sînziana Mircea – Beethoven, Brahms, Enescu" is available at the Casa Radio Publishing House bookstore in Bucharest or online at www.edituracasaradio.roand through distribution partners. The concert was broadcast live on all Radio Romania Cultural and Radio Romania Muzical frequencies, and streamed online on their websites and via the Radio Romania app, available on Android and iOS devices.
